01Our commitment

GoKibris aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website and apps, in Turkish, English, Persian and Arabic, in light and dark appearance.

02What we do

• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus.
• Text and controls meet AA contrast; touch targets meet the WCAG 2.2 minimum.
• Pages work at 200% text size and on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Persian and Arabic read right to left, with icons that point the right way.
• Errors say which field is wrong and how to fix it, and your input is kept.
• Maps are never the only way to get information: stops, routes and times are also given as text.

03Current status

We test with automated checks, keyboard-only use and screen-reader inspection as we build. Testing with real assistive technology on every device is ongoing. If you find a barrier, it is a defect and we will treat it as one.

04Tell us about a barrier

Use Help in the app or on the website and choose accessibility, or write to us. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you use. We will reply and, where we cannot fix it straight away, offer another way to get what you need.
